PROFILE
I am a director, editor and cinematographer based in New York. I value lyricism and simplicity in my work and appreciate the challenges afforded me in both fiction and non-fiction filmmaking. I also work commercially and maintain a diverse list of clients that range from world-renowned artists and arts institutions to cutting edge digital media agencies, international corporations and advocacy groups. I use my background and unique vision to better serve my clientsʼ needs and create content that is both innovative and informative.

Part I in a music video series loosely based on descriptions of lost silent films: A girl is seen to enter a room and takes off her hat which she places on a table. Hats in profusion appear on her head, one after the other; no sooner does she remove one than another takes its place on her head.
Marvin Zigglebaum wakes one morning to find an eviction notice on his door. In his destitute state, the old man decides to risk what little he has left at the local racetrack. Accompanied by his wary friend Walter, Marvin sets out in hopes of a quick fix and finds that things are not always so simple.
During the filming of the feature documentary, "No Place On Earth," I had a series of conversations with family members of the people whose story we were telling: David lives in Montreal now and hadn't been back to Ukraine since the war. He is a quiet, thoughtful man and devoutly religious. We bonded over hockey and his Montreal Canadiens.
During the filming of the feature documentary, "No Place On Earth," I had a series of conversations with family members of the people whose story we were telling: Harold grew up in Kozova, Ukraine, formerly part of Poland, and now lives in New York with his wife Sonia. After coming to New York, he made a name for himself by becoming a meat distributor for such restaurants as Katz Delicatessen and Carnegie Deli. It was his first time back to Kozova since World War II.
